The annual meeting of the members of this Club shall be held at 8 o'clock on the evening of the second Mon- day in May of each year. Should there be no quorum pres- ent the President shall adjourn the meeting to any succeeding day within one week thereafter. If all the business be not finished at one meeting an adjournment shall be had from time to time until it shall have been completetd. SPECIAL MEETINGS. SEC. 2. A special meeting of the members may be called at the rooms of the Club at any time by order of the Board of Directors or by ten members of the Club, by posting a notice of such meeting upon the bulletin board for seven days prior to the time fixed for the meeting, specifying date and purpose of such meeting. Should there be no quorum present at the hour named in the notice of the meeting, the President shall adjourn the same to a day thereafter not exceeding one week. QUORUM. SEC. 3. At any meeting of the members of this Club twenty-five active members in good standing at the time of such meeting shall constitute a quorum. ORDER OF BUSIENESS AT ANNUAL MEETING. SEC. 4. The order of business at the annual meeting shall be as follows: First--Reading of the Minutes of the previous meeting. Second--Reports of the Officers. Third--Amendments to By-Laws. Fourth--Miscellaneous Business. Fifth--Declaring the result of the Election for Directors. ROBERTS' RULES OF ORDER TO GOVERN. SEC. 5. Roberts' Rules of Order shall govern the meeting of the Club when not inconsistent with these By-Laws. 19 ---end---
