No member shall vote nor shall any ballot be cast otherwise than personally by the person voting or balloting, and voting or balloting by proxy, or cumulative voting is prohibited. ARTICLE III. ELECTIONS OF DIRECTORS. Sec. I. A. The annual election of Directors shall be held on the second Monday in May of each year, at which time seven (7) directors shall be elected to hold office for one year, and until their successors shall have been duly elected, and have qualified. The voting shall be by ballot, and the polls shall be open at 12 o'clock at noon, and be kept open until 8 o'clock p.m. This Club, at a meeting thereof, called for the purpose, at least thirty (30) days prior to said time, shall elect from the body of its members a Committee of five, who shall prepare and submit a list of Directors to be voted for at the next ensuing Club election. The Committee shall be chosen in the following manner: Nominations shall be made separately, and, when seconded, shall be recorded by the Secretary. When no further nominations are offered, the presiding officer shall declare the same closed. The Sec- retary shall then read the names of all the nominees as re- corded, and the Club shall proceed to ballot for the same, each member present to vote for not exceeding five (5) nominees. The presiding officer shall appoint three (3) Tellers, who shall count the ballots and report the result to the presiding officer, and the five (5) nominees receiving the highest number of votes shall be by him declared to be the Committee. B. The aforesaid Committee shall, not less than fifteen (15) days prior to the day of election, post and keep posted continuously upon the Club bulletin board a list of members which it shall select to be voted as Directors as herein- above mentioned. 20 ---end---
