Any member nominated by said Committe, who does not wish to be a candidate for election for a Director, may, within three (3) days of his nomination, notify the Commit- tee in writing declining the nomination, and the Committee shall have power to nominate another member in his stead, and the name of the member so nominated shall be placed upon the regular ticket in lieu of the name of the member who has declined; such new nomination must, however, be placed upon the bulletin board of the Club, with a statement from the Committee notifying members of the fact that the member first nominated has withdrawn. The same to be placed upon such bulletin board not less than ten (10) Days prior to the date of election. D. Nothing herein contained shall preclude the nomina- tion of other tickets by any member or members of the Club to be balloted for at the said election, but no ticket shall be voted or ballot cast, or member voted for, unless his name be on a ticket or ballot which has been posted and kept con- tinuously posted on said bulletin board for not less than seven days next preceding said day of election. E. The ticket or ballot moninated by the aforesaid Com- mittee shall be designated and have printed thereon at the upper portion thereof, the words "regular ticket," and shall have at the lower portion of said ticket the names of the Nominating Committee. Any ticket or ballot other than said regular ticket which shall be designated as a regular ticket or shall be signed with the names of the Nominating Com- mittee, or any member thereof, shall not be counted by the judges of election or at all. F. The Board of Directors shall appoint three judges of election from the general membership of the Club, to super- vise the election, two of whom shall be present the whole time the polls are open. A plurality of votes shall elect and in the event that more than seven candidates are voted for, the seven canididates receiving the hightest number of votes shall be the Directors for the ensuing year. The judges of election shall count the ballots and report to the President in writing the name of the candidates voted for and the number of votes cast for each candidate, and the President 21 ---end---
