If such dues and indebtedness are not paid on or before the 15th of said month, a second notice shall be sent plainly stamped "Second Notice." If such dues and indebtedness are not paid on or before the 25th of said month, they shall be delinquent, and the names of said members so delinquent, together with the amount of their indebtedness, shall be posted upon the bulletin board of the Club. Per- sonal notice shall be served on such members so delinquent demanding payment. If any such member shall not make payment within one month after receipt of such notice, he may, at the option of the Board of Directors exercised at any time thereafter, cease to be a member of the Club. The Directors shall have power to restore any member who shall by such default lose his membership. After service of per- sonal notice such delinquent member will not be permitted to incur any further debts in the restaurant or the wine de- partment. Personal notice herein mentioned shall be con- strued to have been served when mailed to the last known postoffice address of said delinquent member. LIMIT OF INDEBTEDNESS. SEC. 4. The sum of one-hundred dollars shall be the limit of any member's indebtedness to the Club. When such limit shall have been reached the Secretary must notify the mem- ber of the fact, and such credit shall be discontinued until the entire amount shall be paid, and said member shall be suspended until such sum shall be paid. ARTICLE VI. POWER OF DIRECTORS TO IMPOSE FINES. SEC. I. The Board of Directors shall have the power to impose fine or fines not exceeding twenty-five dollars for any breach of these By-Laws, or of any regulations said Board may make by authority of the same. 26 ---end---
