It shall have the power, by a majority of its mem- bers, to suspend, expel and forfeit the membership of any member for conduct which, in its opinion, is likely to endan- ger the welfare, interests or character of the Club. GAMBLING PROHIBITED. SEC. 3. The playing of card or other games for money shall be prohibited. The Board of Directors shall have the power to suppress any and all gambling games at cards or otherwise, which in its opinion, may be calculated to bring the Club into disrepute or interrupt its harmony. POLITICAL OR SECTARIAN DEMONSTRATION. SEC. 4. No demonstration in behalf of any political or sectarian party shall ever be made into the Club. ARTICLE VII. CONSTRUCTION OF BY-LAWS. On all questions as to the construction of these By-Laws the decision of the Board of Directors shall be final. ARTICLE VIII. COMMUNICATIONS. All communications regarding the affairs of the Club must be made in writing to the Board of Directors. AMENDMENTS. These By-Laws may be amended at the annual meeting by a vote of two-thirds of the members present, or at a special meeting called for that purpose. Notice of all proposed amendments must be given at least ten days prior to the date of such meetings by posting the same, together with a copy of the proposed amendments, upon the bulletin board of the Club. 27 ---end---
