*** Source: Jonathan Club, Los Angeles, 1909. *** ---page 32--- XVII No member shall be entitled to have issued more than three visitor's cards at the same time, except by permission of the House Committee, and any violation of the By-Laws shall operate to suspend or cancel the privileges extended by this rule. XVIII No visitor's card shall be issued to anyone residing in or within fifty miles of Los Angeles, and no more than two visitor's cards shall be issued to one person within twelve months. XIX Residents of Los Angeles or places within fifty miles thereof shall not be invited to the privileges of the Club oftener than once in six months. XX Members shall not bring children into the club rooms or introduce boys under twenty-one years of age as visitors. This rule does not apply to the Ladies' Annex. XXI The main dining room shall not be given up to the use of any Club or Society, or persons not members of the Club. XXII The private dining rooms may be reserved by giving suffi- cient notice at the office, and a charge of one dollar shall be made for each time they are so engaged. The service shall not be for less than one dollar per plate. XXIII The Banquet room may be engaged by giving at least twenty-four hours notice and the service shall not be for less than two dollars and fifty cents per plate. 32 ---end---
