Transient rates will be charged for such guests or members. XXXIV Only those books in the book case located on the south side of the reading room, may be taken to members' rooms. Under no circumstances shall any book belonging to the new library in the Inglenook be taken from the reading room. This applies also to newspapers and periodicals. XXXV An extra charge will be made for meals served in bed rooms. XXXVI No piano playing or singing in the Club shall be permitted after the hour of twelve o'clock midnight; provided however, that the House committee in its discretion may suspend the operation of this rule on the evening of the annual meeting of the Club, and on such other special occasions as it deems proper. XXXVII It shall be the duty of the manager to report any violation of these rules to the House Committee, who shall notify the member guilty of such infraction, and enforce the rule. 34 ---end---
