*** Source: Jonathan Club, Los Angeles, 1909. *** ---page 35--- Ladies' Annex I The Annex is open for luncheon, table d'hote and a la carte, on week days from noon until 2 p.m., and for dinner, a la carte, from 6 until 8 p.m. Luncheon is served a la carte only, on Sunday. II The approach to the Annex is only by way of elevators to the seventh floor. III Ladies of members' families only are entitled to the priv- ileges of the Annex, and cards will be issued to them on their being registered by members. IV On account of the limited space ladies holding cards will be restricted to six guests for the regular table d'hote luncheon. V No money will be received in the Annex. Cards must be signed for expenditures and bills will be rendered monthly. VI The accounts contracted in the Annex are subject to the same provisions as members' accounts, members being held responsible for any indebtedness of ladies introduced by them. Bills will be sent direct to ladies if requested. VII Private dinners and luncheons may be arranged for upon application to the manager, notice of which should be given at least twenty-four hours in advance. VIII An extra charge will be made for the use of private rooms, and in which no less than three persons will be served. 35 ---end---
