DeFrance and practiced there for several years under firm name of DeFrance & Richardson; partnership was afterwards dissolved and new association made with Hon. J. H. Blair, which continued for a period of six years; closely connected with Trans-Mississippi Exposition held at Omaha, 1896, being the first to propose that exposition.
