Be- gan practice of law at Ashland, Ky., 1894; became member of firm of Campbell, Holt & Campbell in 1896; moved to Redlands, Cal., in 1901, and entered into partnership with Henry B. Ely, practicing under firm name of Ely & Campbell. Moved to Los Angeles in 1907, and in 1908 formed partnership with Peyton H. Moore, practicing under firm. name of Campbell & Moore; partnership continues to date. Assisted in organization of L. A. Dock & Terminal Co. in 1905; assisted in organization of Citizens' National Bank of Redlands same year, and was director in same during resi- dence in Redlands.
