Same provision made for Mary Cullen at age of 14 years. The Trustee is to spend $1,800 for education of son Abraham when reaches 14 years, if his health and eye sight warrant it. When daughters reach age of 18 years, 1/4 part of estate shall be paid to each. The other half of estate shall be paid to Abraham L Johnson on December 25, 1885, when he shall become 21 years of age. If either of these children died before the other, the other children shall share alike that child's portion. If all died before they become of age to participate in estate, the property shall go to Hattie Gallagher, daughter of Michael Gallagher of Newport, New York. 2 1/2% shall be paid to Trustee for his fee. Youngest child, not yet christened has no provision made for its support as he feels sure that his wife will obtain at least $10,000 or upwards from the estate, out of which she shall provide for maintenance of all the children until 14 years for schooling, and until they each receive their portion at 18 years. That said unchristened child should be cared for out of the mother's estate. He urges son to read law or physics and qualify himself for a useful profession, which if he should do so after age of 17 years, he shall receive a balance of $700 for expense. He urges Trustee for children and executor to negotiate with Mrs Johnson to set up a trustee fund for the children. ---end---
