Article II Frank Osborn and his wife Maria Rosario Lopez indebted to him for $630 which he paid to Mr Morse and Mr Whaley, Merchant Article III states that he is indebted to Mrs. Esther Kerven for the sum of $111 on promissory note given by testator to her on December, 1877 for $65 at 2% per month. He is indebted to Mr. Wheeler of Pueblito for $100 for survey of land at Juntas and I declare that by Mexican Law Messrs Morse and Whaley could not retain possession of one league of land that I have ceded to them in San Ysidro in payment of a debt.
