| Miss Velma Washburn of Novato and Floyd Middagh, sergeant
of the San Rafael police department, left by motor late Tuesday night for
Reno, where they were married yesterday. They will be away for a honeymoon
of several days and return to reside at a home on Fifth avenue.
Miss Mildred Beyer recently announced her engagement to Byron Lewis Miss Maxine Manning, whose marriage to Irving Chapman will take place on Sunday, June 4 Miss Betty Ann Phimister, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. R. Phimister, and Frank W. Boileau were united in marriage at a beautiful ceremony at the Presbyterian Church Saturday afternoon at 2:30 .
