Dr. Alexander Meiklejohn of San Francisco, formerly of Amherst College, will speak at Prize Day at the Katherine Branson School on Firday morning, June 8, at ten o’clock.
Sixteen girls will graduate from the school and will receive diplomas. They are Susan Borkhard, Gladys Coddington, Barbara Courtright, Janet Foote, Elizabeth Roodrich, Martha King, Mary Kuechler, Marian Lacey, Ann MacNaughton, Mary Morrison, Margaret Nelson, Lois Parson, Valentine Porter, Joan Skews-Cox, Katherine Smtih and Anne Thomas.
Dr. Lynn T. White of the faculty of the San Francisco Theological Seminary will conduct the Vesper service for the graduating class on Sunday afternoon at St. John’s Church at Ross.
Thursday, June 7th there will be a garden party at the school
residence,
as part of the week’s festivities.
