Archbishop Edward Joseph Hanna, D. D., of San Francisco, presided at the Commencement exercises of the Dominican College on Tuesday afternoon at Angelico Hall and conferred the degrees.
Rev. Fulton, John Sheen, Ph. D., of the Catholic University of America, was the main speaker, his topic being “Education Ideals.”
Monsignor Thomas Millett , pastor of St. Raphael’s Church, presented candidates for the degree, after which Archbishop Hanna made the presentations. He spoke on “Education and Culture.”
