Diplomas will be awarded to a class of four graduates today at the San Francisco Theological Seminary at San Anselmo, and the degree of Bachelor of Divinity will be conferred on a like number.
From Monday until yesterday the graduating class has been appearing before committees and undergoing oral examinations.
The commencement address will be delivered
at 11 o’clock today by Rev. Josiah Sibley, D.D., of San Francisco, and
at 2 o’clock this afternoon the commencement exercises will be held. The
four graduates are: Leslie Logue Boyd, of Los Angeles; Christopher Harold
Gaskell, San Diego; Earl Webster Haney, Los Angeles, and Kametaro Kobayaski,
of Japan. Candidates for the degree are Howard D. Chandler, Cleveland,
Ohio; Ralph M. Davis, Colton, Cal.; Thos. J. Barkle and Walter A. Squires,
of San Francisco.
