High Schools in Graduation Rites Tonight
Graduation exercises of both the San Rafael
High School and Tamalpais High School will be held tonight. . . . Oliver
Hartzell, San Rafael city superintendent of schools, states that 25 boys
and 21 girls are being graduated from the San Rafael High School tonight.
This is the largest December graduating class in the history of the school.
. . . . . As a parting gift to the student body the graduates will donate
nine dollars toward the fund for the football bench. . . . . August Smith,
student body president, and Jack Storrs, class president, will make farewell
addresses. Antoinette Bettega, honor graduate, will recite the poem
"If". List of graduates not given in this newspaper.
