CONNECTICUT.

The bark J. Walls, Jr., Capt. Stanford, was towed to the mouth of the New Haven harbor on the 26th inst., where she anchored, to wait fair wind and weather, and was reported to have sailed on the 27th. The following is a list of all on board:--
