SAN FRANCISCO DISPATCH, Feb. 5
The steamer Oriffamme, Captain LANE, 33 days from Shanghae, via Yokohama, arrived here this forenoon. The following are her memoranda and list of passengers:

Left Shanghae Jan. 1st; arrived at Yokohama Jan. 6th; left there for San Francisco Jun. 10th. English brig Jennie left same day for San Francisco, and English bark Valetta was to leave the 12th for same port. Bark Libra, from S.I. arrived at Yokohama Jan. 5th, and left same day for China. Have had heavy weather the entire passage, with strong easterly gales since passing longitude 150 deg. west, and thick fog on the coast.
